Get Out of Here!
Via CNN

JERUSALEM (Reuters) — Suri, the name chosen by Hollywood couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes for their newborn daughter, is raising more than its share of interest in Israel.

It means “get out of here” in the local language, Hebrew.

I bet the name comes from the reaction most people have when told that Mr. Cruise actually bedded his wife.

It has nothing to do with the alcohol I consumed earlier because it wasn’t that much, but the Crap that I am watching on PBS right now makes me sick. The show “Holy Warriors” seems to portray Saladin as fighting a righteous cause back in the day but surrenders fact to dreamy fantasy and does zero to explain what the Muslim “Holy Warriors” did to “Palestine” in the years leading up to the Crusades.

I have just ordered this piece of crap off Amazon and will be writing a full report in more detail… much too tired to take this on right now.

Where is that psycho who offed Dahmer when you need him? My ony regret or remorse for this piece of filth is that leathal injection is too good for him.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Reasserting his role in Sept. 11, al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui told jurors Thursday he has “no regret, no remorse,” was disgusted by the heart-rending testimony of victims and relatives and only wished they had suffered more.

He said hearing a Navy officer sobbing in court made his day.

“So you would be happy to see 9/11 again?” Prosecutor Rob Spencer asked.

“Every day until we get you,” the bearded 37-year-old Frenchman shot back.

Frenchman indeed!

In a lengthy explanation of why he hates Americans, Moussaoui said Islam requires Muslims to be the world’s superpower as he flipped through a copy of the Quran searching for verses to support his assertion. He said one verse requires Muslims “to fight against all who believe not in Allah.”

“We have an obligation to be the superpower. You have to be subdued,” Moussaoui said. “America is a superpower and you want to eradicate Islam.”

There it is! Paragraph 18 shows the first hint of Islam rearing it’s ugly head.

Frenchman… *spit*

Here are my Favorite stories of the week as reported by some of my favorite bloggers.

Captin Ed takes the Washington Post to task over biased and deceptive reporting regarding possible Mobile Chemical Weapons Labs found in Iraq. It seems you have to read MSM stories from bottom to top to get the whole story which condradicts the headline. Great links as always in the good Captain’s piece.

Gateway Pundit explains why the BBC issued a “Kiss Warning” to tourists in Malaysia.

Rusty @ the Jawa Report has all the info on a “hit list” of apostates to the Religion of Peace. Check it out and see if you know any of these poor saps.

Michelle Malkin has an excellent report on the possible detention of AP stringer and Johnny on the spot Jihadist photographer Bilal Hussein.

Joey @ Cabal of Doom links to an excellent piece in the WSJ regarding the treatment of scientists who don’t toe the “Global Warming” line.

Charles @ LGF posts the chilling transcript of the final moments of United Flight 93 as passengers struggled with thier hijackers.

Muslims who kill Muslims…

The Religion of Peace shows it’s true colors once again.

ASADABAD, Afghanistan - A rocket slammed into a packed school yard Tuesday near a U.S.-led coalition base in eastern Afghanistan, killing seven children and wounding 34 other people. Police blamed Taliban militants for the explosion at the Salabagh School in Asadabad, about 105 miles northeast of Kabul, in volatile Kunar province near the Pakistani border.

Another rocket exploded as parents rushed to the scene but it hit an open field and caused no casualties, said local police commander Mohammed Hasan.

It was unclear if the intended target was the school or the coalition base that has frequently come under attack. Coalition helicopters patrolled the area after the attack.

Hasan blamed the militants for targeting the school as part of a campaign against government-sponsored education.

I’m so sick and tired of us getting portrayed as the bad guys when dirtbags like these get the title of “Freedom Fighters”

A purported Taliban spokesman, Qari Mohammed Yousaf, denied involvement in the attack. “We do not kill innocent children. This is not our work,” he told The Associated Press in a telephone interview.

Of course you don’t.

Iran hits Nuclear Milestone

TEHRAN, Iran -

Iran has successfully enriched uranium for the first time, a landmark in its quest to develop nuclear fuel, hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tuesday, although he insisted his country does not aim to develop atomic weapons.

Hand Holders

Palestinian militants from the Islamic Jihad wear mock explosives belts as they march dressed as suicide bombers during a rally in the West Bank city of Jenin April 10, 2006. Hamas said it considered Israel’s severing of contacts with the new Palestinian government “a declaration of war” and President Mahmoud Abbas accused the Jewish state of breaking international law.

the Daily Herald reports:

Europe’s imams hunt for new ‘theology of integration

“We could be seeing the emergence of a new pragmatic Muslim theology, which will bring the essence and spirit of Islam out in the open,” he said. “It will finally challenge some of the cultural baggage.”

I’ll believe it when I see it… maybe.

But this is in no way bad news:

LONDON, April 9 (IranMania) - Behruz Gheibi, an official in the Agricultural Jihad Ministry said the production of pistachio would hit 250,000 tons in this Iranian year (started March 21, 2006), MNA reported.

Agricultural Jihad Ministry? Ok maybe this is bad news.

UPDATE:

While doing a search to find out more about the Agricultural Jihad, I found that there is also a Construction Jihad.

In the same article from 2000 I came across this gem:

189 MPs endorsed Mahmoud Hojjati and 55 cast votes against him. 11 remained abstained. He will take over the new Ministry for Agricultural Jihad (Crusade), combining construction jihad and agriculture.

Can you Imagine someone defining Jihad as a Crusade in 2006.

Say What?

Leave it to the Seattle Post to pull this single quote from a book I would hope has way more to say about the Islamic Republic than “Hookin’ up sucks in Islamic society:

“I had imagined the Islamic Republic would be conducive to excellent love affairs,” she writes. “I thought nothing could be more romantic than love in a time of struggle. But like most of the conceptions I bore with me to Iran, it ended up being totally wrong. Confronting hardship together didn’t magically turn your relationship, or your life for that matter, into Casablanca. Struggle, it turned out, is about as romantic as leprosy. It makes you emotionally absent …

“It makes you live exclusively in the present. It makes emotions besides hate a luxury. Because in the end, life in the shadow of struggle is really just life in the shadows.”

I’m sure the Hijab may have had something to do with it.
